Beef Cheese Log
Beef Cheese Log is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 tbsp. mayo, 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp. chopped ripe olives and 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Soften cream cheese.
In a large bowl, add mayo and Worcestershire sauce.
Add olives, parsley and onion.
Chill until firm.
On wax paper, shape into a 1 1/2-inch roll.
Roll in dried beef.
Garnish with parsley.
Serve with crackers.
