Beef Casserole

Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Cut steak into bite-size pieces. Combine all ingredients, except sour cream, in a 2-quart casserole and cover tightly.
Bake for 3 hours.
Stir in sour cream and serve over rice or noodles.
