Beef Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 15 1/2 oz. jar spaghetti sauce, 12 oz. small egg noodles, 24 oz. cottage cheese and 16 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown ground beef.

Drain off fat.

Add spaghetti sauce; simmer 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook noodles according to directions and drain.

Spread half the noodles in greased 9 x 13-inch dish.

Cover half cottage cheese and half grated cheese. Spread all the meat sauce over cheese.

Layer remaining noodles, cottage cheese and grated cheese.
