Beef Casserole
Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, cook until brown and drain off fat, 6 oz. macaroni, cook as directed on box and drain, 1 can mushroom soup, 3/4 c. milk and 2/3 c. ketchup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In 2-quart casserole, mix soup, milk, ketchup, Cheddar cheese, green pepper, onion, salt and 1/2 can fried onions.
Add the ground beef (cooked) and the cooked macaroni to the soup mixture; mix.
Cover, bake 40 minutes at 350Β°.
Uncover, sprinkle with remaining onions and return to oven and bake 5 minutes longer.
