Beef Casserole
Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 3 large onions, chopped, 1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes, 1 tbsp. salt and 2 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook ground beef in oil until meat turns white.
Add onions and green peppers.
Cook until slightly browned.
Add tomatoes, corn, salt and chili powder.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
Cook noodles and drain.
Combine with meat mixture.
Stir in grated cheese.
Bake in 2 two-quart baking dishes, covered, for 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Serves 9.
