Beef Casserole
Beef Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 3/4 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper, 1/2 c. chopped celery and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Brown ground beef, onion, garlic, bell pepper and celery in a skillet; drain off excess fat.
Combine with remaining ingredients, except the shredded cheese and cooked macaroni shells.
Let it simmer until mixture thickens, then put into a 3-quart casserole dish over the macaroni.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
