Beef Casserole
Beef Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. vegeburger (canned), 1 medium onion, 1 small green pepper, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 large can crispy thin noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Dice onion and green pepper; saute in small amount of oil.
Add vegeburger and brown slightly.
After browning, put in casserole dish and add can of soup.
Add a little water, approximately 1/4 cup or less, to make a little moist.
Top with crispy noodles. Cover and bake 1/2 hour or until hot.
Serve with frozen peas, rice and salad.
