Beef Casserole
Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 small can whole kernel corn, drained, 1 can cream of chicken soup (do not dilute), 3/4 lb. velveeta cheese and 1 can ro-tel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown ground beef.
Add Ro-Tel, soup, corn, Minute rice and Velveeta cheese. Let Velveeta cheese melt, stirring occasionally. Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese on top has melted.
