Beef Bulgogi is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 lb.) rump roast, 4 tbsp. sugar, 3/4 c. soy sauce, 6 tbsp. sesame oil and 4 tsp. sesame seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Slice beef against the grain into 1/4-inch slices.
In bowl, stir together all other ingredients.
Add meat and toss until all pieces are covered.
Marinate at least 1 to 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in fridge.
Can barbecue, broil or saute. Serve with rice.
Use sauce on rice.
