Beef Buffet Casserole
Beef Buffet Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground round, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 tsp. basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Brown beef in a skillet.
Add onion and cook 10 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and seasoning, simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
Blend cheese and sour cream.
Add olives and mix with noodles.
Spread about 1/2 the mixture in a greased 3 quart baking dish.
Top with 1/2 the meat sauce then add remaining noodles and meat sauce mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Serves
