Beef Brisket
Beef Brisket is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 beef brisket, 2 to 3 oz. liquid smoke, seasoned salt, seasoned pepper and garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Sprinkle last 5 seasonings on both sides of brisket.
Place brisket in cake pan.
Pour liquid smoke over meat and let set overnight.
Seal with Saran Wrap.
Pour off but a little liquid and wrap in foil and save liquid.
Bake at 350Β° for 4 hours.
The last 30 minutes add barbecue sauce and leave off foil.
