👨‍🍳 Instructions

Heat oven to 275° to 300°. Liberally sprinkle both sides of brisket with garlic pepper seasoning. Place brisket in oblong turkey roaster which has been lined in foil.

Place sliced onion rings on top of brisket and wrap tightly in foil to seal. Bake at 275° to 300° for 5 to 6 hours or until knife tender. Reserve broth for dipping or to make a thin gravy to serve on the side.
