Beef Brisket
Beef Brisket is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. liquid smoke, 4 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tsp. onion salt, 1 tbsp. celery seed and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix following ingredients and marinate 1 (4 to 5 pound) well trimmed brisket overnight or longer in refrigerator.
Place in covered plastic pan and turn several times to cover both sides well with marinade.
Bake in covered pan in 225Β° oven for 8 hours. Pour off liquid and cool.
Refrigerate meat until cool, slice, then put back in pan.
Cover with barbecue sauce.
Serve heated.
