Beef Brisket
Beef Brisket is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 lb.) brisket, 1 can chopped green chilies, 1 envelope onion soup mix, 2 cans beer (enough to cover brisket) and 1/2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Marinate brisket overnight in beer.
Remove brisket and place on foil.
Cover brisket with green chilies, soup mix, celery and enough beer to "dampen."
Wrap in foil and bake 8 hours in 250Β° oven.
