Beef Brisket is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 lb. brisket, 4 tbsp. liquid smoke, 2 tsp. garlic salt, 4 tsp. celery seed and 4 slices onion or 2 tbsp. dehydrated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil.
Mix ingredients and spread over brisket.
Cover and bake in a 300Β° oven for 1 hour per pound of brisket.
Uncover 30 minutes before removing from oven.
Let cool before slicing (I prefer to remove the excess marinade before slicing).
