Beef Barley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. olive oil, 3-1/2 lb. stew beef, 1 large onion, chopped, 4 qt. water and 4 tbsp. instant beef bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In dutch oven, cook Beef in Olive Oil until no red shows.
Add the finely chopped Onion; cooking for about 15 minutes.
Add Water, Bouillon and Garlic Powder; bringing to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer (medium-low).
