Beef Barcelona
Beef Barcelona is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. pot roast, 1 (8 oz.) bottle french dressing, 1/2 c. water, 1 c. sliced stuffed olives and 8 small onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In a Dutch oven, brown pot roast in 1/4 cup of the French dressing.
When roast is well browned, add remaining dressing and the water.
Cover and cook slowly about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Add the onions, olives and potatoes.
Cook another 45 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender.
