Beef Barbecue
Beef Barbecue is an impressive dinner. Made with 6 lb. chuck roast, cut into pieces, 1 stalk celery, chopped, 3 large onions, chopped, 1 pepper, chopped and 1 (20 oz.) catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put beef in roaster.
Combine rest of ingredients, except brown sugar, and pour over meat.
Cover and bake at 300Β° for 6 hours or until meat shreds.
May need to add more water as meat cooks.
Now, add brown sugar to taste, if you want.
Keep warm in crock-pot.
May be cooked ahead and frozen for later use.
