Beef Ball
Beef Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. dried beef, 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 tbsp. minced onions, 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 2 tsp. accent, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Chop dried beef in food processor until fine.
Reserve 1/2 cup of chopped beef.
Combine all ingredients except the 1/2 cup chopped beef into a large mixer bowl; mix well.
Sprinkle the reserved 1/2 cup of beef onto waxed paper.
Spoon cream cheese mixture onto the dried beef and form into ball.
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Serve with crackers and enjoy.
