Beef Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large pkg. cream cheese, 2 tbsp. chives, 1/2 tsp. accent, 1/2 tsp. onion salt and 1 pkg. dried beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Chop dried beef in food processor; set aside half of beef. Blend all remaining ingredients with 1/2 of beef.
Form into a ball.
Roll in remaining beef.
Serve with crackers.
