Beef and Cheese Ball
Beef And Cheese Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. dried smoked beef, chopped fine, 1 small onion, chopped fine, 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature), 1 tsp. accent and 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine 2 packages of beef, onion, cream cheese, Accent and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
Mix well and form into a ball. Roll ball in the remaining package of beef that has been chopped. Serve at room temperature.
Makes 1 very large cheese ball or 2 small cheese balls.
Two-thirds of this recipe makes a good size ball for a tray of crackers.
