Beef and Beer
Beef And Beer is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. beef stew meat, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil (divided), 2 stalks celery 1-inch pieces), 2 medium onions, sliced and 2 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In Dutch oven, brown beef in 1 tablespoon oil, remove from pan and set aside.
In same Dutch oven, saute celery, onion and garlic in remaining 1 tablespoon oil.
Add beef stew, beer, pumpernickel crumbs and carrots.
Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
Season with salt and pepper.
