Beef-a-Roni
Beef-A-Roni is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, salt, 1 onion, diced, 1 green pepper, diced and 1 lb. macaroni, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook meat, salt to taste, onion and pepper together and drain. Cook the macaroni separately and drain.
Mix together the macaroni and meat mixture.
Put into a casserole dish.
Top with tomato sauce and slices of cheese.
Brown in the oven.
For a richer taste add a jar of Cheez Whiz to the noodles mixture.
