Bechamel Sauce
Bechamel Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. butter, 1 1/2 c. flour, 5 c. milk, nutmeg to taste and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a saucepan combine butter and flour to make a roux; cook approximately 5 minutes, until roux is cooked.
Then add warm milk in small amounts, stirring until all the milk has been added. Turn heat up and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens. Add nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
Sauce is done.
