Bean Surprise
Bean Surprise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. turkey or portuguese sausage, 1 can corn, drained, 1 can kidney beans, drained, 1 can black beans, drained and 1 can great northern white beans, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook brown rice first.
Quarter the sausage, slice and fry over medium heat.
Place in strainer and rinse with hot water to remove excess fat.
Combine in large mixing bowl all ingredients. Place in baking dish and bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
Can also be microwaved.
Serves 6.
Smaller families can freeze half. Serve with green salad and garlic bread.
