Bean Salad
Bean Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. vinegar, 1 c. oil, 1 can blue lake green beans and 1 can kidney beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix sugar, vinegar and oil and get hot enough for sugar to dissolve.
Cool before using.
Drain all of your beans and add celery, onion, green peppers and pimento.
Pour your liquid mixture over all your ingredients.
Mix well and chill.
This is great for picnics and church dinners. Can be made days in advance and will keep for weeks.
