Bean Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. french green beans, 2 small cans peas, 1 chopped green pepper, 1 chopped onion and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients together.
Put the following in a jar: sugar, salad or vegetable oil and vinegar.
Shake well and pour over salad.
Let stand for 24 hours in refrigerator.
Drain and serve.
