Bean Salad
Bean Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can green cut beans, 1 can wax cut beans, 1 can kidney beans, 1 small red onion, sliced thin and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain beans.
Wash and drain kidney beans.
Slice onion over beans.
Mix sugar, vinegar, water and oil.
Pour over beans and let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
Makes 10 to 12 servings, depending on size of cans.
