Bean Salad
Bean Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 2 tsp. salt, 1 c. vinegar and 1 small (no. 2) can kidney beans, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Bring to a boil the first 3 ingredients for 10 minutes (not hard boil).
Add vinegar and drained beans.
Cover; let stand overnight.
At serving time, add the chopped celery, chopped onion and salt and pepper to taste.
This keeps well in refrigerator.
