Bean Salad
Bean Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cut green beans, 1 can red kidney beans, rinsed, 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper, 1/2 c. finely chopped celery and 1/3 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine drained beans, green pepper, celery and pimento.
Add 1/2 chopped onion, if desired.
In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Pour this over bean mixture.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight, stirring 3 or 4 times.
Drain before serving.
