Bean Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (10 oz.) cans pinto beans, picante sauce (mild, medium or hot), 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook beans and rinse and drain.

Put in mixer and add picante sauce (your choice of hot, medium or mild) to make the consistency of dip.

Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan and top with grated cheese.

Put in 350Β° oven and heat to melt cheese.

Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, dollops of sour cream and green onions.

Serve with nacho chips.

This is also nice with dollops of guacamole (avocado).
