Bean Dip
Bean Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans, 1 small jar salsa (approximately 12 oz.), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 c. sliced black olives and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a quiche-size casserole dish, layer the refried beans. Press them firmly into the bottom of the dish.
Top the beans with the salsa.
Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese on next.
Bake 5 minutes in microwave on High.
Divide sour cream up into 4 to 5 spoonfuls and dollop on top of Cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle with black olives.
