Bean Dip
Bean Dip is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground round, 1 can roast beef (small), 1 small onion, diced, 2 tbsp. bacon grease and 1 small can diced green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown ground round; saute onion in same pan and drain.
Shred roast beef and cook in same pan until gravy is gone.
In separate pot, heat 2 tablespoons bacon grease, then stir in refried beans. Stir thoroughly, then add ground round/onion and roast beef to beans and mix well until mixture is thoroughly heated.
Place meat/bean mixture in ungreased baking dish.
Spread diced chilies over mixture.
Spread diced black olives over green chilies.
Layer top with both cheeses.
Drizzle top with taco sauce.
Place in preheated 350Β° oven until cheese is thoroughly melted.
Let stand about 5 minutes.
Add optional items as desired and serve with chips.
Serves 6 to 8.
