Bean Dip
Bean Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, 3 tbsp. hot sauce, 2 tsp. lime juice, 3 tbsp. sweetened chinese chili sauce and 1/2 c. sliced green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place drained beans in food processor and process until almost smooth.
Add hot sauce and lime juice.
Mix well.
Spread bean mixture over bottom of large baking dish or platter.
Spoon and spread chili sauce over beans.
Sprinkle green onions over top. Cover mixture with sour cream, then salsa.
Garnish with cilantro or parsley.
Serve with baked tortilla chips.
