Bean Casserole
Bean Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can red kidney beans, drained, 1 can baby butter beans, drained, 2 to 3 cans pork and beans, don't drain, 1/2 lb. bacon, browned and broken into bits and 1/2 lb. hamburger, browned and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Chop onion into hamburger as it is cooking.
In large pan, mix together sugar, brown sugar, ketchup, dry mustard and vinegar. Add meat.
Add beans.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes uncovered.
Good if made up the night before and let marinate. Can also cook in crock-pot.
