Bean Casserole
Bean Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can french-style green beans, drained, 1 (16 oz.) can english peas, drained, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby lima beans, cooked and drained, 2 hard-cooked eggs and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Into a buttered 2-quart baking dish, place green beans, peas and lima beans.
Grate egg over this.
Combine mayonnaise, dressing and Worcestershire sauce; pour over vegetables.
Cover with onion rings.
Do not overbake as this causes casserole to water.
Bake at 325Β° for 20 minutes.
