Bean Casserole
Bean Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 tsp. prepared mustard, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice and 2 cans french-style green beans, drained well, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice.
Layer 1 cup beans, 1/2 cup peas, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/2 of the onion and 1/2 of the water chestnuts.
Spread 1/2 of the mayonnaise mixture and repeat.
Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes. Serves 8 or more.
