Bean Casserole
Bean Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped onions, 1 tsp. margarine, 1 can fried beans, 1/2 c. taco sauce and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In skillet, saute onions and celery in margarine until tender, but not brown.
Brown about 10 minutes, then stir in chili beans, refried beans, corn and taco sauce. Place 1/2 of the tortillas in a 10-inch square baking dish; top with cheese.
Bake covered until cheese is melted.
Garnish with fresh whole chili peppers.
Makes 8 servings.
