Bean Biscuits
Bean Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked brown beans, drained just a little, flour and cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put beans in a large bowl.
Stir in just enough flour to make beans slightly thick.
Pour oil into skillet, just enough to cover bottom of skillet.
Drop bean mixture into skillet by spoonfuls until you reach the desired amount for each patty.
Cook over medium heat until both sides are brown.
Add more oil as necessary.
If desired, can add some chopped onions, green peppers and shredded cheese.
