Bead Clay
Bead Clay is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. flour, 1/2 c. salt, 1/2 c. cornstarch, warm water and children's water color paints or tempera, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add water a tablespoon at a time until stiff dough forms.
Knead.
Children can use this as modeling clay.
After forming it into shapes, wait a couple days to dry and then paint.
A necklace can be made by forming the dough into 1/2 to 1-inch balls.
Use a toothpick to make a hole.
Paint when dry.
String yarn through the holes.
