Bavarian Salad
Bavarian Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. miniature marshmallows, 2 c. hot water, 1 pkg. lime jello, 8 oz. carton cottage cheese and #2 can crushed pineapple, drained (2 1/2 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve marshmallows in hot water, add jello and cool until syrupy.
When cool, whip until all large bubbles disappear, then add cottage cheese, pineapple and nuts.
Whip cream, and fold in last.
Refrigerate in bowl or mold form.
