Batter Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. scalded milk, 1/3 c. oil, 1 egg, beaten, 4 c. flour and 3 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Add yeast, sugar, salt, oil and egg to milk.
Add 2 cups flour and beat well.
Gradually stir in more flour until mix is stiff. Let rise until double in bulk.
Drop by spoonful into well-greased muffin tin.
Let rise about 1 hour.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen rolls.
