Batter Bread
Batter Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. warm water, 1 pkg. dry yeast, 2 tbsp. margarine, 2 tbsp. sugar and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Measure water into a large mixing bowl.
Sprinkle in yeast and stir until dissolved.
Add margarine, sugar, salt and 2 cups flour. Beat for 2 minutes with electric mixer (medium speed).
Blend in remaining flour.
Cover; let rise until double.
Stir down and spread in greased loaf pan.
Let rise until double.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes or until loaf sounds hollow.
