Batter Bread
Batter Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. warm water, 1 pkg. yeast, 2 tbsp. soft shortening, 2 tbsp. sugar and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Soften yeast in sugar and water.
Add shortening, salt and 1/2 of the flour.
Use mixer and beat well.
Add rest of flour. Scrape sides of bowl and cover; let rise 30 minutes.
Stir well with spoon and pour into greased pan.
Let rise for about 30 to 45 minutes.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
