Barley Pilaf
Barley Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 to 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. pearl barley, 2 cans mushrooms (4 oz.), 1 large onion and 1 handful almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute in electric skillet until brown.
Add mushrooms with juice.
Dissolve G. Washington seasoning in 3 cups water.
Turn down to boil and cook until done.
