Barbra's Enchiladas
Barbra'S Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 cans cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. sour cream, 8 oz. diced green chilies, 5 c. shredded cheddar and jack cheeses, mixed and 1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix soup, sour cream, chilies, 4 cups shredded cheeses, olives, 1/2 cup onions and chicken in bowl.
Place a portion of filling across each tortilla and roll like jelly roll.
Place side by side in sprayed baking dish.
Spread remaining sauce mix over top of enchiladas.
Sprinkle with remaining grated cheeses and green onions.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
