Barbequed Cabbage
Barbequed Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cabbage, cut into 8 sections, 1 tbsp. crushed red pepper, 1 tbsp. black pepper, 1 tbsp. cayenne pepper and 1 tsp. bacon bits or bacon grease, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut cabbage into 8 sections.
In aluminum foil pouch, combine all ingredients.
Seal pouch.
Place on gas grill on low heat. Cook for 1 hour with lid closed.
Cabbage should be soft.
Remove and serve.
Based on palate heat tolerance, add or lessen peppers as needed.
