Barbecups
Barbecups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. barbecue sauce, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 (8 or 10 oz.) can refrigerator flaky biscuits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease 10 cups in a muffin pan.
Mix chopped onion with ground beef and brown in a skillet.
Drain off excess fat.
Stir in barbecue sauce.
Add brown sugar.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place 1 biscuit in each greased muffin cup; press firmly in bottom and up sides, forming rim around the top.
Spoon about 1/4 cup meat mixture into each biscuit-lined cup.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges of biscuits are golden brown.
