Barbecued Rice
Barbecued Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cooked rice, 1 stick margarine or butter, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. chicken broth and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook celery, onion and broth.
Add soup, liquid smoke, salt and pepper.
Mix melted margarine with rice and add to mixture. Pour mixture into casserole.
