Barbecued Rice
Barbecued Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 medium chopped onion, 2 c. cream of chicken soup and 1 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In heavy skillet, melt margarine.
Add celery and onion; cook until clear.
Add chicken soup and broth, liquid smoke, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
